Adam and Eve of the 21st Century

This blog is going to be different from everything and anything I have written before.

If you follow me on Instagram you will see that I am not engaged anymore and one day ill share everything but for now let me share this one thing I have learned about Adam and Eve. Yes, the two people that screw up in the beginning and now we are stuck here on earth with evil and sinful nature.

But before they screw up, and even then we can learn from them, they were the perfect couple. God was showing us how a man should behave before having Eve and how Eve should behave before having Adam. They both did the right thing so God presented them to each other.

Women and Men at some point dream about being with that someone, getting married, having kids, and the rest of the package too.

To be honest I truly believe that as women, we are the ones that dream about getting married and having a family way stronger than the man does. That's normal because if we pay attention to Genesis the woman was created for man, so it's natural for a woman to want a man in her life.

But with man it was different, God created the earth, took everything that didn't please Him and made a paradise for man, and told him the following: Genesis 2: 15 The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.16 And the Lord God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden;17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.” Adam had a job, to work and take care of the garden, God gave him a vision, and a mission and shared with him His will. When we study a little more the first chapters of Genesis we can see a few things that I will share with you now.

In Genesis 2: 5 "Now no shrub had yet appeared on the earth[a] and no plant had yet sprung up, for the Lord God had not sent rain on the earth and there was no one to work the ground" We can see here that God planted the garden but it was not the garden that we think of, God "planted" the garden, meaning there was no shrub and no plant had yet sprung up, and then God created the man and gave him a Job. Adam has to work and take care of the garden, making it grow and produce fruitfully, creating a paradise with God's help, for what? Well, Adam doesn't know yet, the only thing he knows is that he has to follow God.

Now follow my thinking line here:

- Adam was made by God

- Adam had the spirit of God in him

- God placed Adam in a specific place, which means Adam is a man that lets God guide him.

- God gave Adam a job, to take care of and work the garden.

I want you to understand one thing if you are a man reading this, God will bring Eve to you when you have already completed the job he gave you. God was teaching Adam that before bringing Eve into his life, Adam has to know how to work, how to have patience, how to be gentle, how to provide, and how to create a paradise for his Eve.

If you are a woman reading this and you meet a man, you will know he is Adam because he has prepared everything already, he is only missing Eve. He will have his house, his car, his job, a way to provide for you, take care of you, be gentle, be patient, and most importantly he will have such a close relationship with God that he will know you are his Eve, there won't be any "mix signals".

Now you can read this and be like, milena you are being such a gold digger or you just want to wait on the finish line, and I can't disagree more. See God made sure to leave us the Bible His word to be followed and the Bible showed me that in the begging when He was creating the first couple/marriage, Adam had everything prepared for Eve. The order of working and taking care of the land was for Adam, Eve came to help.

Eve, you are meant to help, that means Adam is already doing something that is working because he is following God's order. Eve you are meant to help not take the leadership of the situation, you are meant to help and not finish raising Adam as if he was a little baby. Eve you are meant to help Adam with the Vision and Mission God already gave him.

My advice to Adam:

Take a look at your relationship with God right now, does it look like the relationship Adam had in Genesis 1 and 2? Are you following God's order, are you taking care of the land and making all the plants grow and giving fruit so that when Eve comes she only needs to harvest because of the hard job you already did it? are you gentle? are you patient? would you be able to recognize Eve? are you sleeping in God meaning are you resting knowing He will give you Eve when it's the right time?

My advice to Eve:

Where are you now? Before God presented Eve to Adam, do you know where Eve was? Yes, Eve was in God's presence constantly. Eve was in God's presence being prepared to be the helper Adam needed. Prepare yourself to help, learn, study, evolve, grow and be ready to be that help Adam will need.
